In fact, there is no easy way to lose weight quickly. But you should not lose your commitment. You must need to be tolerable and industrious. Tolerance should be kept in the habit of diet. Industry or hard work should be maintained for your physical exercise. Now you can follow the following initial stages.

Physical exercising is not enough for completing your mission. You need to control your diet all around the clock. So try to avoid those foods that have more calories. Junk food should be neglected totally. But you can enlist those that have fiber in your meal. So you can have the following diets.

You can find lots of vitamins and minerals in leafy vegetables. They are full of fiber, which is a vital nutrient for losing weight and preservation because it makes you stay feeling packed and aids to organize your hunger.
- Fruits:
As you do exercise so you can feel thirsty frequently. You should not skip that moment rather you may have some fruits. But you should choose those fruits which have less fat.
- Milk:
Milk is most balanced food on the earth. Milk will provide you all the fuel to make you sustainable for the day. As an exerciser, you can drink it two times in a day.
- Slight Snack:
Most of the people are interested with snack and can’t control their grave. As you need protein, you can take protein-packed snacks, but that should be less.
(3) Proper usage of your Time:
According to your job you can use your time properly. As a housewife you can go for marketing, gardening, washing, cooking for the purpose of exercise. If you are a service holder, you can use your leisure time for walking, playing, mild exercising to make yourself less weighty.
(4) Check your Weight:
At the every weekend you should check whether your weight it is low or not. That will help you to take your next step. You can also stand in front of your mirror to observe present situation.
In the evening you can go for cycling or to the gym. Even sports can be preferred. Actually, you should keep in mind that physical exercise is the main way for losing weight perfectly.
After finishing your mission for the day you may be hungrier in your dinner table. But you are not allowed to take more. You can have at your dinner, chicken, fish, beef, turkey, salad, vegetables, avocado, olive oil, grape seed oil. All these will make you ready for the morning again.
