1) Lemon Water:
Before having breakfast you can drink one glass of lemon water. Because it can make your digestive power ready at the very beginning of the day. You will also get a natural Vitamin C requirement for the day.
2) Albumen:
You can enlist two albumens in your breakfast menu that is for being freed from cholesterol problem. You are allowed to enjoy the whole eggs, if there is no weight problem.
3) A Grapefruit:
If you feel thirsty or hungry before going to take lunch, you can have one or half of a Grapefruit. Otherwise, you may overeat in your lunch table. In a half Grapefruit you will get 62 percent of Vitamin C, 28 percent Vitamin A and 2 grams of dietary fiber.
4) Lunch:
Eat lunch regularly between around 12 and 1pm. A good lunch will provide you enough energy to sustain you throughout the afternoon. But try to avoid too many carbohydrates that will make sleepy. So you can keep egg, beans, cheese, chicken, and tuna sandwiches on whole grain bread all contain low carbohydrate and low fat.
5) Combination of Works and Diet:
According to your physical industry you can have juicy or green fruits and no need to go for junk foods. You should keep in mind that after 5pm weighty meals are not good. So in that time an apple you can have. It will make you sustain for one or two hours until your next meal. As you are a man of dietary habits, you should be more careful.
6) Dinner:
For dinner the ideal meal has 1 protein and 1 fat because we don’t go for heavy work usually. So for protein you may enlist chicken, fish, beef, turkey, salad or vegetables and for fat avocado, olive oil, grape seed oil. Eating protein with dinner helps to keep our metabolism active and to burn calories while the fiber in vegetables helps our digestive system to work efficiently clean out all the toxins that our body doesn’t need. Thus a balanced diet keeps our body sound and charmed.
