A Smart Plate of Salad
1) Three Ripe Red Tomato, Cut into Four or six pieces
2) One Green Raw Tomato, Cut into Six Pieces
3) Two Fresh Onion, Roughly Chopped
4) Five Or Six Pieces of Green Pepper, Cut into pieces
5) One Teaspoon of Sea Salt
6) Three Teaspoon of Mustard Seed Oil
7) Three Cup of Fresh Olive Oil
After cutting and putting one by one you can mixer all those ingredients. You decorate the plate with other leafy vegetables for serving towards the guest.
