You are trying to lose weight whole heartedly?. But, are you not getting results so? Or are you getting weighty again? That may be happening occasionally in our life. But it would be wise to detect the reason. Yes, the main reason is in our diet. We should keep in mind that there are some foods that can increase our weight slowly. So these foods should be avoided when you are in the condition of losing weight. You can see the following list of foods that can increase your weight again.

1) Alcohol:
When you are into exercise and trying to lose weight, you should give up drinking alcohol totally. Because alcohol is full of sugar and that can increase your weight again. 

2) White Bread:
White bread is liable for making you hungry to get some snacks. It is happening in its sugar power. So, sugar should be restricted to lose your weight. If you want, you can have wheat bread, but not white bread.

Fried foods are the cause of irregular digestive organism. If you have it, then you will be suffering from an unbalanced diet at your next meal. So, just try to avoid it to keep your belly clear. 

4) Cream Based Salad:
In fact cream based salads are associated with more fat and calorie. But fat and calories are the enemy of them who want to lose their weight. So, you may have these salads, which are not cream based.

5) Wheat Pasta:
Wheat pasta is rich in carbohydrates that digest into sugars in the human body. So, you should avoid wheat pasta. It works as a resistance at the point of losing your weight properly. 

6) Snacks:
Ice cream, potato chips, cakes, cookies, candy are some examples that will instigate you to take more in your next meal. As you want to lose weight, you should be careful about these foods.
