A Good Cereal Diet Plan


Cereal diet is a low impact way to lose weight. The base ingredient of most breakfast cereal is grains that have excellent nutritional value supporting a balanced diet. The variety of vitamins and minerals that gain cereal off support a diet without lack of nutrition making a healthy option in losing weight without having to skip out on meals.

Breakfast:
  • 1 plateful of cereal with your preference of glide.
  • 250ml milk in 50gm cereal.
  • A cup of coffee with a teaspoon of honey. You may take low sweetener.
Lunch:
  • 1 portion of cereal with your variety of skim.
  • 250 ml milk in 50gm cereal.
  • Diet beverage or water.
  • Vegetable soup.

Dinner:
  • Broiled rooster breast (eight ounces).
  • Six ounces serving of green beans.
  • Raw salad with one tablespoon of fresh olive oil. Snacks: (choose any 2)
  • 1 Orange
  • 6 ounces of lean turkey
  • Salad with a tablespoon of olive oil or salad dressing.
  • 1 ounce serving of nuts (e, g: almonds,  cashews, walnuts)
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 ounces of pineapple.
This is a light plan but balanced. You can replace with similar foods but keep in mind that dinner must include twenty grams of protein and ten grams of fiber preferably from leafy greens or vegetables.

Free Foods:
You may snack on these following foods without including them.
  • Lettuce
  • Green beans
  • Celery
  • Cucumbers
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli/Cauliflower
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Endive
  • Peppers (yellow, orange bell, green, red)
